READY TO APPLY? 

You will need to complete 4 steps by Monday, October 29th at 5pm in order to apply for The REACH Fellowship. Unfinished applications will not be accepted. We recommend collecting the necessary material for all 4 steps before applying. If you would prefer to download and mail your application, please go to the bottom of this page. Application Step 1

  • Basic Information Application
    • You will be asked for the following:
      • Contact Information
      • Parent/Guardian Contact Information
      • A Non-Family Reference

Application Step 2

  • Answer the following 3 questions
    • Why do you want to be a part of REACH?
    • Tell us something you have done that makes you proud.
    • Please Describe your life. (This question is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your story)

Application Step 3: Upload your high school transcript.

  1. Please label your document, "Last Name.First Name.Transcript"
  2. Click "3) Upload High School Transcript"
  3. Click the pink, "Upload Button"
  4. Drop your document into the folder

Application Step 4: Upload a copy of your family's latest federal tax return.

  1. Please label your document, "Last Name.First Name.Transcript"
  2. Click "4) Upload Federal Tax Form"
  3. Click the pink, "Upload Button"
  4. Drop your document into the folder
