REACH Fellowship Opportunities

Post secondary support and life skills

Figuring out life after high school can feel frustrating, confusing, and at times, lonely. REACH provides the support needed to make informed decisions about schools, and majors. We don't just talk about college; we go to the schools to talk to professors and learn about financial aid. By the end of your junior year summer, we will visit a UC, Cal State, and private school. Don't know the difference? Don't worry, we cover that too.

During the beginning of senior year we also provide free SAT prep classes, as well as college application and scholarship application support. The college application process can be daunting, but a little support can make it a lot less stressful.

explore your interests

Unlike a lot of websites, this one doesn't have any stock photos. Every single photo is of a Fellow on a REACH trip. In order to better understand the world around us, we have to get out and explore it! REACH Fellows have traveled throughout California, Colorado, Montana, and Ecuador. No experience necessary, just a willingness to have an adventure, and sometimes get a little (very) dirty.

join the REACH community

One of the best parts of our program is our Fellow community. Long road trips, wilderness adventures, and building skills together creates a pretty great group of friends. Four of the students in the lower right picture are living together at UCSB after bonding over REACH experiences.

Become a global Citizen

After 2.5 years of learning and working together, REACH Fellows head to a remote community in the mountains of Ecuador for a 20 day cross-cultural experience with Tandana. We believe REACH Fellows have the character and passion to make a difference in both their community and the world.
